  • ABOUT ROY

    Roy has been in the industry of investment management and advising for more than 20 years.  His career includes 12 years as a senior trust portfolio manager for a large super regional bank and nearly 10 years managing client portfolios through an affiliation with large accounting firms.

    Roy has experience managing wealth for individuals, companies, employer sponsored plans, endowments and foundations.  He is the President, Wealth Manager of Dugan + Lopatka Wealth Management, LLC.

  • PROFESSIONAL & COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

    During his career, Roy developed the Investment Committee where he sat as chairman at three firms. His responsibilities included research and analytical work used in the creation of models for portfolio construction.

    Throughout his career, Roy has been an active member of the community, including serving as a member of the Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce, as a director of the District 205 Foundation, as chairman of the Epiphany Lutheran Church Endowment Committee and as president of the Epiphany Lutheran Church Council where he served two terms.

  • HOBBIES & PERSONAL INTERESTS

    Roy and his wife, Adrianna, live in Elmhurst, Illinois, with their three daughters and three dogs. When he is not visiting colleges, or visiting other states for soccer games, Roy enjoys golfing, bowling, cooking, reading non-fiction and gardening.

    Roy enjoys classic muscle cars and has successfully restored three 1968 Camaro’s, including a Z28.
